Being a vegetarian
There are so many kinds of food in the world, such as traditional meat,beef fruit,ice cream,and vegetables. Different people have different chooses.Most people like meat,chicken,pork, beef,animal oil and so on.They contain a lot a fat ,calorie ,which you increase the risk of high blood, high fat .That will make you sick. However ,most people concern this problem,so people having being vegetarian in stead of meat.
People choose eat vegetables for different reasons,some of them are believer of religion, some of them passive to choice for cure their cancer, or some want to lose weight,but finally ,it is the right choice for them.There are all vegetarians.
There are three kinds of advantages of being a vegetarian.Frist,
Vegetables contains a lot vitamins ,such as VA that helps you be more smart,VB that helps you have a good shape.Second ,eat a lot of vegetables instead of meat that can protect the animal in the world.We should know every life should be respect, no matter animal or human.We share the beautiful with animal,so eat animal is not a good choice. Third, eating vegetables can prevent us from some kinds of cancer. Everything have two sides, a good thing with a litter bit bad side.It is a big challenge for you when you start being a vegetarian.Because can resit temptation of meat.It is difficult for every foodie.At the begin,you will very hungry everyday,you will fight with your desire.It is hard for everyone.
A good vegetarian does not eat any meat, such as milk,animal oil, even eggs. More and more people start to try to eat vegetables and fruits instead of meat. Whatever they can change their hobby, I most of them will give up this plan,but at least some of them will change it. It is good starting.
